A Property Deal Sourcer should have strong knowledge of the property industry, a keen eye for investment opportunities and good communication skills. The main role of the Property Deal Sourcer is use their skills to: find properties (ideally BMV) which match their investors criteria, attend viewings, calculate the estimated cost of works required, calculate the expected ROI/Net Rental Income PA/Capital Gain, negotiate with Estate Agents, etc.
Sourcing fee's may vary depending on the deal. Generally speaking, I charge a sourcing fee between £2000-5000 dependant on the level of work required to source/package the deal.
